Dear Students 
This memorandum serves to inform all distance students that the Contact Session is scheduled 
to take place from 07 to 11 September 2026. Full-time and part-time students will continue 
with their classes as normal during this period. 
All students are encouraged to attend the contact session and participate actively. Attendance 
is important, as the session will provide students with an opportunity to engage directly with 
their lecturers and receive further guidance on their studies.  
Students are therefore encouraged to make the necessary arrangements to attend the sessions 
and to be punctual throughout the contact period. For any enquiries, please contact 081 666
